Science Fair – March 30th, 6-7:30pm
Wednesday, March 30th, RKE is hosting its annual Science Fair. Participation is mandatory for all 5th graders and voluntary for 3rd and 4th graders. The projects are open for public viewing after the conclusion of judging from 6pm to 7:30pm.
With over 60 projects to judge we could use an additional 5-10 judges. Judging will run from 3pm until 6 pm this Wednesday. It would be greatly appreciated if you could volunteer 30 minutes of your time to judge 3-5 projects! Please email Mike Hiesener at mhiesener@gmail.com if you are able to help out.
Auction Night at Glow Salon! February 12th @ 7:30pm

PTO Meeting Cancelled
Due to the AACPS weather cancellations, the PTO Member Meeting scheduled for tonight (January 26) is cancelled. Upcoming PTO Member meetings are March 8th and May 10th, each at 6:30pm in the RKE Media Center.

Hello RKE Parents – Are you receiving our email blasts? The PTO sends out reminders and updates of PTO events via email blasts. These go only to the parents and teachers who provided the PTO with email addresses for communication purposes at the start of the school year. If you do not receive the email blasts and would like to receive them, please contact Jennifer Klepper at jenniferklepper@mac.com. Please note that email blasts are separate from the PTO newsletter, which we distribute both electronically (to our email list) and in hard copy (to parents who did not provide an email address or who requested not to receive news by email). Newsletters are also posted on this website.
2011-12 School Calendar

Restaurant Night @ Chevy’s, Wed., Dec. 8th!

If you have Giant or Safeway cards, you can register to have a portion of your purchases accrue toward a cash payment to Rolling Knolls. You already buy groceries, so why not let RKE benefit! PTO Member Meeting 9/28/10

We happily accept PTO membership applications at any time throughout the year, but if you want your information in the RKE Directory we ask that you submit the directory information by the end of this week (September 3rd).
